Found where my leak is actually coming from… any advice would be appreciated

This started a few weeks ago. It’s a slow drip. It seems to drip worse after I adjust the trim…. It maybe that’s just when I’ve noticed if most. I have a few questions. 1) Am I safe to use the boat if I top off the reservoir when it needs it? 2) does anyone know how costly of a repair I’m looking at here?
