Plastic Jon boat repair
Post Body

This is a field and stream 12’ Jon boat. The inner shell ( on the right ) separated from the bottom ( on the left ) when a bunch of rain water got In between them. The foam became water logged and I had to take it apart. It was unusable last year because of this problem. I would like to fix it up. If anyone has any experience with fixing plastic Jon boats like this I would appreciate the help. I can’t fix it myself.

All it really need is new marine foam and someone who knows how to put the shells back together and maybe fix a couple cracks. Aside from that it’s a good boat. I used it for 3 years before last season. Even bought a trailer and. 7.5hp motor for it but unfortunately couldn’t use the motor because soon after the motor arrived the boat became unusable 😭.

So again I need someone’s help to fix the boat. I’m from Franklinville, NJ.
