Tired of all the avalible versions of the game "Alias" and would like to create an more intetrsting alternative.

Me and my SO are playing the game quite regulary, also most of the different editions. The guessing becomes too easy and each game feels like deja-vu, repeated and boring words. We came up with the Idea of creating our own version with more NSFW and sophisticated words.
But I have no idea about even where to start from. I belive this goes without saying that I want to have a physical not digital version. Any ideas/suggestions/examples are appreciated.
