I ordered Aeon's End through amazon, with the publisher listed as the seller, and received my copy of this amazing game relatively quickly, and while I've had fun with it...I have one question/complaint. My copy had no breaches, not even one set. I've been playing with scribbled on mockups because there isn't even a pnp solution that I could find. I contacted the publisher and got no response, and contacted the developers a week ago through their "damaged parts" form...but the publisher hasn't responded and all I have from the devs is a stock "we will get right on it" type of response.
Is there anything I can do? And has anybody else had this experience? I like the game but the customer service has really put a bad taste in my mouth. The fact that I had to make my own pieces with no response from anyone I contacted is pretty damning, in my book. It soured the whole experience, and I find myself not wanting to pull this out on game nights because of the shoddy, hand drawn breaches.
