What designer games have sexual rules?

Hello I have small collection but would love to play a couple designer board games as foreplay to the real fun (wink wink). I was wondering what games have been adapted to have sexual rules for that extra bit of fun.

I had an idea of maybe using small world in this manner. Every time you want to get a new race you have to remove clothing. If you totally remove a race from the game you put clothing back on.

Wanted to know if there were rules out there for this type of fun and where?

What other ideas do you have that could be used to make a designer game sexually fun?
