Star Wars Imperial Assault: Stormtrooper/Officers critiques welcome!

So this is my first time painting miniatures and I'm really getting into it. I also couldn't play this awesome new game having every figure be that dull grey just begging to have color! I've spent the last few days of my vacation learning how to paint models and starting with these buggers.
