Post Body

So I turned 35 in March and hadn't been on a bmx bike since I was probably 15. When I turned 16 the focus shifted to cars/car parts etc...However, as of lately I have an urge to get back on a bike and start whipping it around again...It's come to the point where I have revisited places like DansComp and started piecing together a bike or at least getting ideas...I didn't have the funds I have now at 35 nor the "strength" to move the bike a little more etc...but man do I just want to jump on a bike again...I feel like it would be so fluid and smooth - like i never missed a beat...the next "challenge is getting myself to go meet fellow bikers in my area...thats hard for me even without the bike...my close friends who i grew up riding with don't share the same interest in it right now so I would be forced to go "make friends" or ride alone....

Anyways, I'd like to see some of your custom built bikes if I may...I need some motivation! The last bike I had was a 2003 Haro Shredder and I remember always thinking that thing was HEAVY...I could barely get it up off the ground...I am also learning about frame size vs your height etc. Something I didn't know back then...

I'll stop rambling. Take it easy guys!!
