Specifically what is a back cycle brake bmx called, what’s the braking style called? Back then it was a mongoose thick frame and heavy tire, I was nearly always in the back of the pack. Now I found a new adult size bmx but I don’t see any branding other than that frame Velcro covering with “bmx” on it. Might post pics tomorrow when the sun is up. Also yeah this new bmx doesn’t have back pedalling brakes, is that bad? Or just preference? I’ve been meaning to fix and repair the bike it’s just I don’t know whether it’d be worth the time. Considering both tire tread are shredded and the whole tire may need replacing not just the tubes and tread. The hand brakes on both sides are a bit sticky and the pedal may be a little bit far back to the back tire so actually cycling it might be awkward.
