Airbag light on

Iām trying to get my daughters z3 inspected in Texas airbag light is on. Is there an easy way to get that light off just to pass the inspection? Iām open to any suggestions. I live in pretty small town with no BMW dealer. There is a guy I really like that works on BMWs I could take it to if necessary. I appreciate any advice.
