Is my bmw 2022 g310r overheating ?

Okay so when I’m going let’s say 4 gear 70-75 before it used to be do 90 on 6th gear I haven’t really pushed it but recently it loss power I noticed when I was in 6th gear at 87 and aorund 4-5 gear at 70-87 the engine temp would be around 250-260ish degrees and the coolant sign would pop up and so I’m wondering is it because of less coolant or , I tired going to a mechanic had it looked with obd all seems to be fine but it would idle 190-200 ,210 before the fan turns on( the red triangle comes in flashing)
