Adapting an FD Lens to my BMPCC4k

I have a Vivitar FD-mount lens that I acquired on the cheap, and want to know the best way to go about adapting it? I currently have a Viltrox EF-M4/3 speedbooster on the BMPCC4k. It seems my options are:

FD lens to EF body adapter, which will have a glass element: FD to EF adapter
FD lens to Micro 4/3 adapter, which does not have a glass element: FD to Micro 4/3 adapter

Both adapters claim to allow for infinity focus. If that is accurate, will I have any issues putting an adapter with glass in it up against a speedbooster? Or, would I be better off using one with neither the glass nor the speedbooster (I am not worried about the crop factor, or lack thereof)?
