I was about to purchase 2 Ac300 and 2 B300 but from reading reviews it seem like customers service is lacking or delayed. Honoring warranty and customer supports is key when purchasing a produce. There is a lithium battery company called Redodo, I had an issue with my one lithium battery, they responded with in 24 hours and we troubleshooting with me. They determined it was a faulty cell and with 5 days I had a new battery sent to me. This type of customer service is key when people spend a lot of money. Can someone respond and tell me something different from what I read?
