Bluetooth does not show up/connect
Post Body

Hi! I recently built a pc (my cousin helped me/did most of it) I am not very tech savvy. I use windows 11 and I couldnā€™t figure out how to connect it to the WiFi.(my motherboard has WiFi in it and has the attachment antenna thing but I canā€™t figure it out) We have WiFi extenders so I brought one into my room and connected the computer to the extender via Ethernet cable to get internet. Iā€™m trying to get my keyboard to connect via Bluetooth (it has a wire but Iā€™d prefer to not have to wire) I also am getting a headset and probably speakers so Im going to want to connect them via Bluetooth as well. Now when I go to settings under Bluetooth it says that I have to turn Bluetooth on but I donā€™t see the Bluetooth on/off toggle. When I go into the drivers it has the generic Bluetooth adapter and it has the yellow triangle with the exclamation point. It says in the properties ā€œwindows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (code 43)ā€ Iā€™ve tried uninstalling the Bluetooth driver and reinstalling it that didnā€™t do anything. Iā€™ve also went into the bios and made sure Bluetooth was enabled. Do I have to be connected to the WiFi to get Bluetooth working? Or does it not matter that Iā€™m connected via Ethernet cable? Does anyone have any insight on how to fix it?
