I've seen some people in this sub say that they smoke Blue Lotus using a tobacco pipe. I'm also interested in this, but I'm curious as to whether one would inhale (smoke into lungs) the Blue Lotus like smoking it in a weed pipe/bong or vaping it, or if the fact that it's a tobacco pipe would mean you would puff it like you were using the pipe normally to smoke tobacco. The only reason this matters is because I'm pretty sure puffing smoke leads to less absorption of the active chemicals. In pipe smokers, it's been documented that they have less lung cancer since they don't inhale, and in this instance, I guess I would want to make the most out of what is a hard-to-come-by product (that's also more expensive than pipe tobacco).
