Loss of energy at 2 years old

My heeler is 2 years old in a month and we have noticed a big drop in her energy level. She recently had her third heat cycle and after that (about a month ago) she has stayed pretty lazy. Wondering if any of y’all have experienced this with your heelers? Thanks!
