This might be a stretch, but several months ago when I was not in the greatest position in life, I made the gut wrenching decision to surrender my cat Jasper to the Monroe County Animal shelter. I had him all his life and I miss him so dearly. He got adopted from the shelter pretty quickly, as I assumed he would as he’s a sweet boy. I wrote a pretty lengthy note at drop off for his next owner if you ever received it. But I just wanted to make sure he’s happy and in a loving home and that you’re able to provide for him better than I could this past year and a half. Here’s pictures of him for reference. 🥹
please no negative comments, I made the best decision in my opinion for him at the time despite my wants, and was very pleased with the shelter that i chose to take him to at the time as i knew he was in good hands
