Lifelong Hoosier, just escaped the hellscape that has become Indianapolis before, during, and after the pandemic. One of my favorite places I've lived so far has been Lafayette. Not so much specifically due to the area or the university, but more of how I structured my daily life.

My daily workday looked like:

• Go to the coworking center and sit down at my reserved desk behind glass/badged in door. I work remotely, so meeting and being around people is good for my well being. On lunch go mess with the 3D printers and laser cutters or go upstairs and play Wii. On weekends I'd host game nights in a conference room (looking for a co-working center with a built in maker space).
• After work, I'd drive over to the gym. Go swimming, spend some time in the hot tub, then hang in the sauna for a bit when I felt like it (looking for a gym with indoor pool, sauna a bonus).
• The university would bring enough queer and weird people into the area to connect with, if I didn't have the player count for a board game night, I'd head to Purdue Memorial where they had open game nights to play (looking for a public board game space).
• And lastly, ideally; I live fulltime in an RV now, it would be nice to find a year-round campground that isn't an absolute dump (looking for a year round, or at least seasonal campground that isn't complete trash).

Does Bloomington seem like a good fit for me? I've always loved southern Indiana and have always rented a cabin in Nashville, IN for my birthday every fall
