Just posting here because I am really worried for my girlfriend.
She's 18 years old and she was recently diagnosed with hypertension (genetics) because in the recent days she's been fainting quite a lot, due to his co2 blood levels unbalanced with her oxygen levels as per the Doctor.
She already has regular appointments set with a doctor but I just want to help in any that I can, and maybe you guys can give me some advices.
That being said, I'm worried because from time to time she would cry that she couldn't breathe and that her BP is below normal (90/70ish). She had a bad diet before, eating mostly fast food foods and less vegetables, but she's normal in weight and has a normal BMI.
What do you think should I do to help her through this time, it sucks seeing her cry for air.
