Orcs or Black Orks

Always been a fan of Orca in 40k and players on here and everywhere said Orcs are a very solid team to play with. I was looking at possibly playing with Orcs with a Troll but would still need goblins but looking around online I have read that Black Orcs are another very solid list to play with and trolls are amazing there as well. Would it be worth it to save money and play Black Orcs with a Troll or woild it be better to spend a little more for two boxes of Orcs and a troll?
