Does the Second Season Rule Book have all the teams?

I have been playing the 2016 rules for a long time. But I wanted to upgrade to the new rules.
So my question is does the new season two rule book have the teams or at least a good selection of teams?
I know that some of them are in Spike Magazine.
Thanks for the help.
Edit - I am not interested in Buying the starter set. It is an amazing deal but I play mostly Sevens and Blitz Bowl. And I already have a black orc team and Imperial team.
