How should I skill up my rat ogre?

My friends and I started a bloodbowl league and in the first season I got 12spp very quickly so I gave Rat Tony (my rat ogre) block. As we head into the second season, I have redrafted him for obvious reasons, and he currently has 8spp available to spend. I am unsure whether to spend the 8spp on a chosen primary (either multiple block or juggernaut) or do I save up to 14spp and give him a chosen secondary. For chosen secondary I'd be thinking of either taking claws or horns.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you :))
