Uncanny/Lost weapons, Runes, and Rites

I’m about to start running the root chalices to get the uncanny and lost weapons, as well as the runes. I don’t have PS plus currently, so I’m unable to use the glyphs for specific dungeons and need to rely on rng. My question is, are the additional frc rites necessary in order to obtain the weapons/runes, do they increase the chance of them spawning, or are they completely irrelevant to the spawn chance?
