Need advice on Watchdog of the Old Lords

my level is 114. I use a mostly bloodtinge focused build, using Ludwigs Holy Blade and the Chikage with Evelyn.
Vigor 30, end 24, strength and skill 30, bloodtinge 40.
I use the max stamina, health, and bloodechos runes.
So my issue here is in the defiled chalice, my max health is halved and he has a butt ton of health. All of his attacks easily one shot me even with the best armor i have against him (bone ash for fire and regular resistances), and summoning is no real help as they die before this thing even reaches half health.

Advice? I do not have online, nor do I have the DLC.
