I have a question. I forgot to talk to the untrusting guy after sending the prostitute. Cab i still get her umbilical cord if i have all the other npcs at the chapel? If so what do i do with the church lady bc i know she tries to kill her. I am not gonna send the beggar to the chapel. About that. Should i send him to ioskefkas? How do i get her umbilical cord? I know im guaranteed two and i have one.
