I platinumed my favorite game of all time about 2 weeks before Christmas. And I haven’t had enough karma to upload it, so hopefully now I can, so I’m going to hop in because I have a lot to say.

I got this game wanting to play Elden ring or dark souls, but I didn’t have enough money and this mystery of a game called bloodborne was on sell. So, I looked it up, and hoped it was on sell when I got home the next day, and it was. So I bought it. But after playing, I was confused. I didn’t know what class to start with, and I was even more confused by the controls when I first spawned in. But after looking at the key binds I think I understood. So I tried to go through the door on the right and it wouldn’t open, so I kept backing off and trying to open it, until I saw the other door. So I went over and down the stairs, just to see a big scary wolf waiting for me. I thought it would be easy to kill, but I was more than wrong. So I dead like you’re supposed to. And then was confused on how I was supposed to get back to the wolf. So I looked up play throughs and saw Jackseptiguy (idk how to spell his name) uploaded one. So I watched and followed along. I died like 100 times to the gang bangers in central Yharnem. But eventually stumbled onto the bridge, where I killed Cleric Beast second try with various mistakes. But anyway, I went through ghernam and followed Jack all the way down to old Yharnem, then cheesed the watchtower guy. And fought the blood starved beast. But gave up, instantly. After dying over and over I quit.

But, a long time later I decided to play against. However, I woke up and the morning and my ps4 had stopped working. I was very sad, after playing all night the night before and still dying to the blood starved beast, I felt very dissatisfied and sad. But then I got home from school and my dad found a cheap one and bought it for me earlier that day. So, I instantly logged on just to find out all my data on my games had been deleted. But, bloodborne wasn’t for some reason. But I was mad and decided to just play other games.

Then, around June of 2023, I got back on. I was really depressed and suicidal after losing my girlfriend to another guy. But this game, I felt something new. And without any cheeses and just pure strategy and patience, I killed the blood starved beats for the first time. I felt. Happy… for the first time in a couple weeks I felt happy. However again, I took a break. Because I had to go on a family trip and had marching band and no time. But eventually I got over my girlfriend using just that one bloodborne accomplishment and lots of music.

But now, I’m December of 2023. Years after buying bloodborne. I went on. And said, let’s finish this thing. And I went through the entire game and dlc. Did the ghernam kill ending but no moon presence fight. But I felt like I needed much more. So I platinumed this game. And afterwards, I felt so happy I wanted to cry. My girlfriend now didn’t understand. But she knows I’m a nerd (we’ve been together since augest btw). And now I’m platinuming dark souls one after going through Ds1 and most 2.

These games changed me for the better. Saved my life. And gave me determination that last months. I feel like I’ve became a better more determined person than ever. Even more, I had horrible grades last year. But now I’ve had all A’s and two AB’s through out this whole 3 quarters (2 and a half semesters). Thank you from soft. Works of art can only be seen if they are out together as well as this game. Don’t go hollow… wrong sub……
