I finally got Hillbilly Elegy from the library last week after being on the waiting list for months. I was completely underwhelmed. I liked the personal memoir part of the book but he lost me when he would go on rants about the welfare system. He clearly had an agenda with this book and I had issues with it. What's everyone else reading? Anyone else want to talk about Hillbilly Elegy?
