Not sure why this started occuring to my account recently but out of nowhere my ability to deposit from my checking account to my Blockfi account stopped.
I get an error every time.
I have spoken with customer service and they tried to help but all I got was "add another bank account".
I haven't tried to withdraw money yet since I'm reluctant to lose money on a chance of a glitch...
Had anyone had this experience recently? I haven't changed a single thing on any account and yet now I can now longer deposit into Blockfi.
To add, I noticed my bank (actually a credit union) account was NOT in my Blockfi app about 10 days ago and had no idea why that happened. I added the account but not after I got some errors along the way. The app would say it couldn't connect with my credentials. I tried 3x total using the same credentials and BAM it went through.
The customer service believes Plaid isn't able to properly communicate with my credit union or vice versa. Which I don't get because it has been just fine since January; I've made dozens of deposits and withdrawals without any issue.
Anyways, any insight would be helpful. I've got a hefty amount of my portfolio locked up on BlockFi now and I need some withdrawn to pay a few bills :(
