Thank you!! Looks really close. However I can't quite get the transition from bright to dark areas to look right. Or would this be closer related to the position of the lights?

I understand what is generally happening here - what I do not understand is how to replicate the transitions from light areas to dark ones. Especially in the left part of the image. Is this the result of multiple light sources? Or is this part of the shader that creates these "hard" transitions? And why is this transition only visible on the left, while the shading on the right is smooth?

Where would I put the noise mask? Do I mask the sub surface or something else?
