Anyone else really disappointed with Hado #99?

I remember reading the chapter on the day it came out and being so underwhelmed. Like this is meant to be the pinnacle of attack based Kido and we've already seen some crazy abilities that can take out captains (Hado #90: Kurohitsugi), and then we get this collection of spirit energy dragons that show up for 2 panels and don't accomplish anything? Like come on man. Hopefully in the anime they flesh it out a bit more. I don't even remember its name, that's how lame it was.
