They shouldn't really be any different than Ichigo. There's nothing special about him that they shouldn't have.
At 15 years old he wasn't too overly powerful before Rukia, and Karin & Yuzu could also see ghosts.
Although the hollow seemed to have somehow transferred to Ichigo I think. Dunno why or how.
