Help finding a movie

David and griffin were talking about the greatest joke in a movie one time (I think it was in a commentary but not positive) where a guy was hanging from somewhere by his pants seams and they’re ripping and he says “if only I paid for the extra stitching” and it cuts back and forth between the moments of the pants stitcher saying “ eh I’ll give him one extra stitch, he’s a nice guy”. I know it’s vague but would love help so I can watch this movie.
