Switch to Seraph or stay? (SMN)

I currently have Baleful Stage 7 Staff 8 MSP, about 20 tokens away from Magnum Badge. I plan to stay Earth build so I was wondering if it would be worth it to swap to Seraph at this point, which costs about 500g. My ping's around 120 (real, not in game) and I doubt I'm going Raven any time soon, haha.

I know with the badge the CD reduction is a bit less tempting, so I'm a little conflicted as to whether I should stay (resets are the bomb) or switch, as I've done some searching and the majority say Seraph is better with these things, though some say Baleful is still good. :) Is it worth the gold cost? Thanks for any insight!
