Not sure I'm doing this correctly
Post Body

After each cook I scrape off all the bits, while the grill is hot I will run water over it, and use a sponge and then a paper towel to pick everything up. Then I will put on some avocado oil and heat it up until it stops smoking.

Photos are in order starting with how I started with it today, then after I gave it a good scraping, followed by 3-4 coats of avocado oil.

I cooked some breakfast on it, then repeated the above. The last photo is after the cleaning and seasoning.

I can't seem to get rid of the orange stuff that looks like rust although I hope it's not. And no matter how much I season it and cook on it I don't get that very nice black sheen that I see y'all rocking.

What am I doing wrong?
