I have a newly built bottom air flow forge, and I'm looking for people's advice on bellows or hand cranks for air flow into the coal for heating up and forging. So my question is who uses what? Who likes bellows? What kinds are good for continued use? What do I avoid? And who prefers hand cranks? I want to try and stay away from modern forging methods as I want to reconnect with my Viking and Celtic iron age ancestors. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Blessings of the Forest and have a Faerie Good Day!
