Hitmarker Madness bad connection?

I just got done playing a 2-hour game session literally lost every single game except for the last one. I don't know if it was my internet connection or just did not want to work for me. Trying to get my MP5 gold okay let's play hardcore all my shots were hitmarkers or do not register even if I pre fire. The enemy will just turn around and kill me even though I ambushed them. The whole Lobby was complaining the game was acting weird today did you guys experience today?
