Cold War zombies crash

Just upgraded to a series x. Continually getting home screened during portal to next round. I have turned off ray tracing, and the crashes continue to happen. Everything is updated, and Iām running the correct version of the game.
Is Treyarch working on fixing this crash issue? Does anyone have any other advice/options?
