Wth is wrong with Theater

Hey all,
Sorry if this is a repeat topic, but I’m just super frustrated. I was so excited to use the theater this year. I’ve been trying to get some clips from the theater mode, but it just crashes my game over and over. I’ve tried on both Xbox and PC. The game just crashes on both. Has anyone found a workaround? Have they addressed this as an issue they know about? Any guidance would be appreciated.
