Dark ops zombies question

I have a save stuck at round 14 where I’m trying to get the box addict dark ops, is it possibly a bug that I haven’t got it? I have the thrustodyne and the ray gun and I’m almost certain everything else. Easily spent 180,000 essence hitting the box
