I'm a returning CoD player after a good few years. Black Ops 6 is my first CoD since the new MW (don't count Warzone). When I was younger, me and a bunch of mates would wreck everyone in front of us in WaW & MW2. I was in a clan and everything, on Battlegrounds (I think what it was called I can't remember). Anyway, I grew up and moved on from that and when I put my feet in newer games like Infinite Warfare I was absolute garbage. Really put me off.

Black Ops 6 changed that. It's 100% down to the SBMM. I'm falling in their trap - having a really good game where I'm top in the game, then a really bad game where I'm bottom, and then another good game - it keeps me hooked! But I just enjoyed getting kills as I got so frustrated when I didn't so it's a nice change. I'm by no means good at the game, but I like pretending I am.

I won't sweat the game, I won't grind to get all the camos and all of the reticular. I won't prestige. I'm just enjoying it and chilling.

Though there may be sometimes where I get absolutely livid. Like who runs round a tiny map with a sniper ffs. But, I'm a parent of a 17 month old so don't do the late night sessions anymore!

I think it's currently a 7/10 on a purely casual gamer level.
