Friends List is super annoying.

I assume most of you know what I mean but if not, basically the friends list is just a giant bug, I was the only one of my friends playing BO3 at this time, but it said everyone was on and in game, I tried to check my friends lvl in game but he was offline, his name started with a "R" so I tried scrolling down but got about 25% of the way and it resets to the top of my list, rinse and repeat about 4 times same thing, it is just so annoying, I know it is a relatively small problem but I cant stand it!
