I Need help please

so i really wanna play black ops 3 on steam, but every single time i launch the game it crashes and starts up in safe mode, Ive done almost every fix there is on the internet and nothings worked. Ive closed out of every background running program and disabled all anti-virus on my pc, ive done alot of other small things but nothing seems to work. is there anything I can do?
