DLC Issues

So I have all of the DLC packs installed but when I try and do custom games it says I don't have the multiplayer maps. I uninstalled and reinstalled them individually as well as cleared local files for BO3 but it hasn't resolved anything.
It isn't a huge deal if I can't play them, I play zombies 90% of the time, but I'd like to know why this is happening.
