Getting the SMR Gold.

Can anyone provide any tips on Headshots or Bloodthirsties? The Double Kill, Long Shot, and no perks and attachment challenges are never a problem for me, but after I finish my M8A1, the SMR is the last Assault Rifle I need to get gold for diamond Assault Rifles. I would appreciate any tips people can give me. The FAL OSW took fucking forever, which is why I'm here for the SMR.
