Question about perm unlock token

Hey! Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried a quick search but I'm on my phone and didn't sees anything.
Anyway... I still have a perm unlock token I haven't used and am level 53 about to prestige for a 6th time. Will my perm unlock token roll over after I prestige or do I have to use it before?
