I binged. I couldn’t put this show down.

Some episodes admittedly had me far more encapsulated than others—and I think that’s a wonderful aspect of the show. There is something for everyone; it’s funny, it’s dark, it’s real, it’s emotional, it hits home, it opens your eyes to new perspectives or thoughts. The amount of times I caught myself saying, “Huh... I’ve never thought about it like that...” was a reminder that this show was doing its job.

Hands down, my favorite episode has been “Hang The DJ”.

It was remarkable. I can’t even begin to describe how it made me feel—especially because I saw a lot of myself in it. :) Favorite episode by a landslide.
