Metal Head/San Juniper

Earlier this week I saw that somebody had posted an Easter egg in Metal Head. Once the main character gets into the house with the dead couple, there is a San Juniper postcard on the table. This got me thinking, if both episodes exists in the same universe, what happens to everyone in San Juniper once the dogs have taken over? Theories? That’s a crossover episode I’d love to see!
