So, Playtest is one of my alltime favorite episodes. However, when I rewatch, it bothers me to no end that we are shown surveillance shots from a third party perspective. In my mind, this constitutes as cheating from a show-making perspective. A third-party shot does not make sense with the reality we are ultimately told at the very end of the episode. It's misleading in a cheating kind of way and it's not really needed. All she needs to say is "oh, what are you seeing right now? I don't know because it's all in your head" or something and we get the picture without cheating.
