Pixelated Cell Phone Video

I'm putting together a video where the footage is cell phone video from quite a few different people. Some of it is quite pixelated. For the most part, it cannot be reshot. I need to know if there is any way to repair it.....even if it's not a perfect repair, is there anything that will help? I am using DaVinci Resolve Studio as my NLE. Thanks in advance for any help.

Edit: Looking around, I have seen potential ways to "repair" video like this in After Effects. Are there tools in Fusion that would be useful?
