I saw this post in a different subreddit and would like to ask it here, I will be entering my 20s next year and I really want to be prepared. All types of advice helps, I am taking care of my health by watching my diet but would love advice on this too. I want to have a glow up not only physically but mentally and to have peace. The type of peace that doesn’t make you freak out over anything.
