I literally take oral steroids, topical steroids, hydroxyzine, and dupixent for my eczema . Eczema hurts
People have different severities. Eczema has put me in the hospital twice . That shit is no joke . Some people eczema isn’t as bad and some is really bad. And if their skin is flaking etc maybe they do have eczema . Your friend psoriasis may not be bad but I’ve seen plenty of people with psoriasis who is really bad
If someone tell you they have a condition believe them you’re being weird

No offense truly but it’s called ECZEMA I’m black and I can’t shower for long or too much because eczema is DRY,sensitive , itchy skin . We use moisturizer not lotion. Lotion is too thin to moisturize anything plenty of people use moisturizing cream though. Lotion idk
